These children in spite of malnutrition and other diseases, seemed happy. The smiles on their faces suggested that even if their troubles are not over, they knew they had at lease escaped the fighting that has caused this tragic exodus. The games and laughter of children outside their thatched huts almost shut out the sounds of shellings not so far away.
